Ms. McBride perhaps should work at a gay men's leather bar, or store.
At such establishments those wearing cologne, or even deodorant are not
permitted entry. See, in this diverse country there's a work option for
everybody. It just takes a little imagination. For example, wheel chair
bound folks seeking jobs as museum guides could work at The Guggenheim.
The building has an elevator and all the floors are on one continuous
ramp from top to bottom. Guggies was barrier free before the term was
even coined.

People with breathing allergies have another option. Computer and
Aerospace manufacture is often done in dust free sterile environments.
Simplistic? Maybe, but sometimes the best solutions are the simple ones.

With the exception of smoking none of these arguments mentioned life
threating situations. Headaches, hey fever like symptoms yes, but
nothing life threatening. With smoking it has been proven that second
hand smoke can be a causative factor in developing several forms of
cancer. In many governments this justifies legislating in order to
protect the many from the few.

The only reason smoking hasn't been outlawed completely, is that we
learned our lesson with Prohibition. It was a big mistake.
