On our second cruise, we would have missed Fort Lauderdale because of a
hurricane, but they did have to bring us back. We were able to do all
our ports before the storm, and ended up having 2 extra sea days. The
captain said he would have loved to dock in Cuba as an alternative.

The following cruise on the Enchantment of the Seas pretty much missed
every port. It was probably half full as I remember reading that they
ended up with only one dinner seating.
