Hi Warren,
If they did not have a passport they would have to work through the
issues with our government. As I said the cruise lines lobbied and
have been successful in adding years to the requirement of cruise
passengers being required to have a passport. With the new rules
announced a few months ago I am beginning to wonder if they will ever
be required to have one.
