They were voting IN Indiana. They were supposed to be Indiana
Residents to vote in the Indiana Primary. If they were residents of
Indiana, as opposed to merely going to school in Indiana then they are
supposed to have IN drivers licenses. If they were driving on out of
state licenses after having legal residence in Indiana for more than 90
days, then they weren't legal drivers either.
