The last time we tried to fly first class the difference in the price of one
ticket was almost $1500.
Why should I pay almost $3000 more to fly first class with my wife just to
avoid someone who is totally inconsiderate?

Bravo to Southwest for dumping the unruly kids and their mom who couldn't
