Different people have different priorities. When we go to WDW, wy
usually rent a house. Not only are they cheaper than hotel rooms, they
have a washer and dryer. My wife throws a load in when we leave in the
morning, nad dries it when we get home.
We only have to pack for 3 days or so, so we have less luggage to
carry for the family. For us, less stuff packed is the priority.
We also did laundry half way through our cruise for the same reason.
