OOOOHHHHH. That may explain a few of the difficulties. Carnival just
acts as a caterer in situations like that. The organizers would have
been responsible for the menu planning, including procuring extra
food. At their expense. Had it been a Carnival cruise, they would
have had to pop for it, which they do.
Remember when Ivan (IIRC) put something like 20 ships into Miami/Port
Everglades on the same day? The Disney Magic had to stop in Galveston
to resupply. Another ship headed back to Cozumel to do the same. |
