Let me throw another slight twist. You don't have to find a "local"
agent, although that is nice. I use an agent in Florida, and I live in
NC. They are happy to talk on the phone or by email.
They will do everything you want, are very helpful in making suggestions
and recommending options.
The only thing I don't do with them is the actual searching online
Personally I use All Seasons Travel in Jacksonville, Fl.
