I certainly can't speak for Joystar. What they want to do, as already
mentioned, is entirely up to them. All I can do is point to some
supplemental information, other than simply talk and personal opinions, that
may help. In addition, since this is something they apparently intend to
handle through the courts, I can no longer be commenting on anything at this
level. And again as I said, that would be up to them. I am not the lawyer.
