We cruised on the Adventure of the Seas in January, and we were there
during the San Sebastian Festival. This also happened to me 12 years
ago, but I do not remember any of the details. I just remember it was
festive. :-P
We arrived in San Juan a couple of days early. The buses were full, so
they drove right past our bus stop, and taxi's were scarce.
Since your hotel is near the festival, it may take you a while to get
there, so relax and enjoy the view. Staying nearby, you will have the
opportunity to walk around, attend the festival, watch the parades,
listen to the music and enjoy some local food and beverages. Have a
wonderful time on the Summit, and at the festival.
