And driving away customers by making it a hassle to fly will help them
make a profit? I don't think so.
Wonderful that you can get away with only packing a carry on for a
cruise but most people can't. Most want to participate in all aspects
of their cruise vacation. And at this rate they will be charging soon
for carry on too.
