I seem to remember one of our previous small group cruises, we also got
pre-existing insurance at final payment and the price was reasonable.
Maybe that was because it was a group policy, don't know.
The policies I have looked at by myself, the difference between getting
inurance at deposit vs. at final payment was huge. If would only cost at
extra 40.00/person, 80.00 for two of us, it would be a good option for us.
