1. I have been buying a country specific SIM from Cellular abroad when we
travel, only for the fact that you can get the number prior to travelling to
tell your friends and enemies not the cheapest.
2. Don't use your "locked" cell phone with roaming rates, up to $2.75 a
minute for incoming and outgoing + the local charges. Local SIMs in Europe,
there is no charge for incoming calls.
3. You can pick up a Cell phone with Sim card at Charles De Gaulle Airport
with airtime in an automated machine for 20 ?
