Agreed that a QM2-2 is not a realistic expectation. Although I haven't
been on the QV (yet) - I HAVE been on the Oosterdam, and although the
comparison is apples-oranges, I'd expect the QM2 to be superior in
construction and "shipitude" to either of the Vista mutants.
Tom - of course, part of the reason that QM2 is such a publicity draw
is precisely BECAUSE she is so unique. A sister would work against
that.
That my be the best reason of all for not having another ship like the
QM2... it would no longer be unique.
