After you speak to the individuals, which you did, all you can do is
keep calling the Purser's Desk and complain. Sorry this happened on your
cruise.
My noisiest cruise was on the Monarch of the Seas in '96. The ship had
a large group of Corvette owners who drank and partied quite a bit.
When I cruise, I try to talk softly when I am walking down the hall and
I do not slam my door. The quietest ship I have cruised on, was the
Celebrity Solstice. I never heard a door slam, a toilet flush or any
chattering in the hallway. I wish they built every ship like that.
