I also realized I had a brain fart, confusing Labadee with Ocho Rios
(I blame the scotch which they served in a sippy cup earlier the
evening at West Side Story) I'd have no problem trusting RCI's area
there. (not that I necessarily would have a great deal of confidence
in the Haiti government, though)
