Hi Kurt,
I was not referring to charters but on full ship charters the past
passenger goodies are usually not included but it depends on the
contract. FWIW, there are very few charters these days due to several
of these companies going bankrupt. It is easy to do if you are
chartering a ship. <:+(
Most of these 3rd party value added promotions have the hefty $ adder
to cover the costs and, hopefully, make a profit.
