The flat above me, the flat to the right of me are both completely
empty and have been for over 4months, the flat below me only got a
person in it 8 months after I moved in.

These are not crappy flats, and there's plenty available around here,
so I don't see anya local pressure being put on housing by the many
immigrants in the area, maybe it was just insanely over-supplied
previously.

Perhaps there's pressure on the 4 bedroom detached house with a large
garden, but, I've never had the few million required to bother looking
- so immigrants could be hurting that sector.
