Whatever its form, it is much disliked because only people working on the
perimeter of the "monolith" have windows on the outside world. Typical of its
generation, and efficient, but undesirable today. The same criticism is often
made of the Tour Maine-Montparnasse inside Paris, which was built at almost
exactly the same time.
