no doubt, but its a bit of a central London thing, you dont get it
round here. I think its reducing but there was a period when a sub
type thought it OK to blow whistles and shout at people while crashing
red lights and being generally aggressive.
I was once driving through Bexleyheath, in medium traffic, doing about
20 when a lycra clad bloke tried to overtake me (on the right) with a
pedestrian refuge coming up, there wasn't room and he had to slow. He
then stated shouting abuse at me, he seemed to think I should either
drive onto the pavement or brake to a halt to let him overtake, utter
nut case.
