One of these days, Mike, you'll have to visit the US and see for
yourself. Yes, there are those who don't switch (my US-born husband
eats UK-style) but visit a small-town diner and watch the patrons - most
of them (unless they have foreign accents!) _will_ do the 'switching' thing. |
