You're absolutely right.

I have never heard a non-native dutch speaking person pronouce something
like:
"'s Morgens fluitend schaatsen vanuit IJmuiden om 's avonds
eindelijk te schrobben in 's Gravenhage"
correctly...not even those who completed their Advanced Masters in Dutch.
