Certainly not. Most Swiss won't speak Romantsch, unless they are from the
small area where this is spoken. It's simply not neccecary, as you will
hardly encounter any Swiss people who only speak Romantsch and nothing else
(except maybe for some elderlies in remote areas). Also Italian is not too
common. Then again, it's not really a problem to get by in English or
German or French in Ticino.
Most Swiss speak German and French and some English.
