IMHO the best tapas is in St Sebastian, followed by Madrid, Barcelona
doesnt really do tapas the way they do in those two places, going from
bar to bar for just one. The Catalans really want you to sit down and
order a selection. In the old quarter of Madrid (gothic?) theres bars
that do only one thing.
