Cheapest and slowest - Train (the "Tube")
Fastest and most expensive - Taxi
In between - Bus

The London-Dover-Calais-Paris train-ferry-train or bus-ferry-bus trip
takes about 8 hours altogether, and none of it is particularly
scenic. It's worth considering if you have plenty of time and want to
save money, but I would recommend the faster alternatives unless you
are really traveling on a budget.
The Eurostar is much faster but can be more expensive, but I
understand that discounts are often available and that if you book in
advance it can be much cheaper.
Also Ryanair from London-Stansted to Paris-Beauvais can be a lot
cheaper than the Eurostar. |
