Subject: A costly misspelling Posted on: Tue, 11 Mar 2008 14:29:32 EET

A German had a plan to drive to Puttgarden, board a ferry to Rödby and then
drive further in Denmark. She marked a place called Putgarten as a
destination on her GPS-plotter. Putgarten is in the Northern shores of Rugen
143 km away from Puttgarden in East. Roadwise the distance is at least 350
kilometers. She was reportedly angry. Angry to herself.......? I just
wonder - she is a German and she didn't realize that something is wrong
until in Putgarten. What a jerk! Perhaps she decided to drive to Sassnitz to
catch a ferry to Trelleborg Sweden instead.
