Well, for clams, Hong Kong, Thailand, Vietnam, Malabar coast of
India.

I'm not a big lobster fan: too much work for too little reward.

And have a guess at one reason why Filipino food is a dismal island of
snot and ketchup surrounded by some of the world's greatest cuisines -
possibly certain colonial influences. (Although my limited experiences
of the food in the bits of Philippines close to Malaysia were not
bad). I was just in Guam and there are similar issues there.
