I like Trip Advisor. The problem there is that only one country can
be selected at a time. I am quite active on the Germany forum where
there are a lot of travel questions, and they don't go unanswered.
The little SPAM that makes its way there is quickly removed, as are
inappropriate posts. The regulars here would have a very difficult
time keeping up their banter. I have recently started using the
Lonely Planet Thorn Tree website, which lumps together some European
countries into forums. Whereas on Trip Advisor I usually only reply
in the Germany forums where I now live, in it I now frequently answer
questions about Greece because it has been lumped with Germany, France
and some other countries. However, this site is less active.
