I don't have a cite. I tried several over the years when in Asia and
asked them where their beef---advertized as Argentinian--came from and
they said Australia. To be fair, a number of them called themselves
Argentinian steakhouses but didn't advertise that they used
Argentinian beef. Presumably, they think they prepare it the
Argentinian way instead. If I were in a top restaurant advertising
Argentinian beef, I would think it was authentic,
