Car hire is not too cheap in Turkey. Smallest cars are rented out by 30
euros a day or so with a waiver of zero excess. Gasoline is also quite
expensive (last summer more than 160 cents a litre). Distances in Turkey
tend to be lengthy. Most of the Greek monuments naturally reside along the
Western cost.
