Hmmm, so when I go to the Italian guy in Borough Market its all downgraded
fakes is it? Spag Bol in an English Italian isn't the same as a ragu in
bologna (but not as different as folks try to pretend) and a poor
supermarket jar of pesto is often nice but inaccurate, however its easy to
get the real thing. OH now I remember the parmigianno argument!!!!
