The money was transferred electronically as a SEPA payment.

They haven't changed and there is nothing on their current tariff which matchers
what they have charged.
It quite clear on EU rules regarding the EURO that ABN Amro and Dutch banks in
general can only charge the same as they charge internally within NL. It even
says so on ABN Amro's website. There are no charges on internal transfers within
the Netherlands.

No they weren't. It was from the same bank account at the ABN Amro to HSBC
