It should depend on the charges your own bank applies for national
transfers .... of Euros, from one Euro account to another, as long as you
use the IBAN and IBC. Anything else and you can be charged what the bank
likes. At least according to my bank and the man in the EuroInfo travelling
bandwagon that came through here sometime ago.
