ABN Amro don't do this, although HSBC UK do this at no charge even though they
send a letter to me in the Netherlands.

We are more than aware of this. We are looking for another bank ATM. You might
have noticed me referring to them as Fortis ABN Amro.
2006 was the first time that ABN AMRO charged for the transfer to Germany.

There are no charges on transactions.

So Fortis don't charge on payments to UK, when they could but do charge on
SEPA/IBAN payments to Germany when they are not allowed to charge?
