Ha. Meeting an acquaintance from Delhi on Wednesday night was an exercise in
(a) 10 minutes of waiting inside the pub while he finished a phone call
(b) 40 minutes of him making a couple of phone calls while in the pub
(c) 10 minutes of him trying to send some file via his Blackberry-like
appurtenance
(d) announcing he had to leave

If I owned a restaurant - god help the few patrons - I'd install an
electronic jammer.
