Subject: Any Favorite must-see places to visit in Germany? Posted on: Wed, 16 Apr 2008 12:23:24 +0000 (UTC)

We are family of 5 from rural New York State with three kids from
age 10 to 17 traveling to Europe in late June/Early July, and staying
for about 10 days. We will see London and Paris on the way in, but
we mostly wanted to concentrate on Germany since three of us have
taken German in school.

Does anybody have any favorite cities or specific sights to
recommend?

Right now we are planning on seeing:

Munich
Salzburg
Rothenburg
Eltz Castle
Koeln

Is Berlin worth going to despite the long distance from the others?

Does anybody have any favorite sights that the kids would enjoy?
