And you have quirks like the three-dimensionality of central
Edinburgh, where one GPS product suggested getting into Market
Street by turning off the North Bridge... over a five-foot
pa.t and sixty feet straight down.
You quite often see French camper vans in Edinburgh during the
Festival. They all park in the same street for the duration.
It's probably illegal but the city authorities just leave them
there. They often have bicycles on the back, that makes sense.
