The price of gas has really climbed in the past month. I don't know
what the breaking point will be. For us, getting eight miles to the
gallon on the motor home has caused us to park it for a while. We
spend two months in Florida each winter, but we can drive the Saturn
Toad around when we are there. We do use a lot of fuel getting down
and back from New York though.

Gas today was $3.77. I understand it is $4.92 in Canada. Last fall we
paid well over $7.00 in Germany.

In 1999 we took a two-month trip, in the MH, down around the
Southwest. We paid from $ .79 to $ .88 a gallon. I don't think those
days will return.
