Because it is our Constitution that has been the guarantee of our
personal liberties (until Bush). Unfortunately, not ENOUGH of us are
"obsessed" about it. We forget (or probably our schools failed to teach
us) the words of one of our founding fathers (Jefferson? Franklin?):
"Eternal vigilance is the price of liberty".
