Indonesian food was good in Malaysia and Singapore. Is it possible they produce
better food there than in Indonesia itself. The first generation Indonesian
immigrants to NL had good food in their restaurants.
In Hoorn there is/was a Suriname restaurant that I had been to at the beginning
of the 1980s. At that time it was really good. After a trip to French Guiana we
went back to the one in Hoorn. Same people same restaurant but inedible food.
