WHAT THE HELL IS AN HONEST PERSON TO DO IN THIS SITUATION? I'll pay
if its mine, but the tourism office tells me its from Tipperary and I
was never there. Can't justify putting a credit card number on a
letter to (God knows whom) and sending it off overseas. Would you?
