Dunno,
but if it is it needs to be explained that the mayor in question is not the
elected one (Ken/Boris) who represents the whole of Greater London, but the
Cermonial one who represents just the City and is appointed for an annual
term starting in November and inaugurated at the Lord Mayor’s Show:
