I like the boudin noir I've had in France, most recently at a very nice
restaurant in Paris. I like good Scots Black Pudding of course- and the
one from Bury. Taste varies though- I took Oscar's mum to Bury to try
it, and she thought it was bland and tasteless. It certainly wasn't, in
my opinion. Then a couple of years ago in Boston, she made her 'special'
morcilla for me. Tasted just like the black pudding from Bury! :)
