i have had a very bad experience with cosieboots.com when buying UGG
boots.
They deliver from China and I have waited a month for my boots, depsite
full payment being taken
I have cancelled the order because they apparently lost the boots in
transit but they won't refund and say i will have to pay 30USD for
handling a return plus all international shipping costs from the
UK.(more than I paid for the boots) to return them should they ever
arrive
There is no tel number or address and communication with them is
impossible.
There are lots of sites selling UGG boots - don't use this one!
