In France they come around with the black powder in supermarket
plastic bags...

Most European countries treat black powder with a cavalier disregard
for safety that make most British shooter cringe with a combination of
fear and horror.

My experience of film makers who want to play with 'black powder
people' (and other re-enactors) is that they want utter
professionalism from people.

They're paying top money and they want the best.
