If not in the summer it is unlikely that the direct train is operating.
If not it will be train/bus/train with the RR supervising and operating the
bus segment. Not bad but in the spring and fall it is likely bus will be a
bit faster. We did the train/bus/train thing on Halloween which was and
continues to be C K's Castle's last day until the new year.
The train from C K to Munich is likely to be about 8 hours.
At the Prague train station you can find English speaking ticket help (or
could) if facing the ticket counters with your back to the entry turn right
and follow the counters extended to a recess of additional counters at the
far right end.
Good luck. C K will be especially charming following the exit of the day
trippers each afternoon.
