How long will you be in London for ?

You might find a flat in the suburbs at that sort of rent
on a long lease (12 months) but centrally located and short term
lets are more expensive

If you are`happy to stay out of central London then your
options are higher. Here is an agency I have used when
renting property in Harrow which is a suburb 35 minutes out
of town on the tube line. You can probably find
a studio in a decent part of town for the price you
are looking to pay.
