I'd like to think it was a 707-420 with four Conways, but

Well, that would have to be it, wouldn't it? I mean, they'd
have had the remaining engine(s) cranked up to a point beyond
their most efficient power setting under the circumstances,
with asymmetrical thrust thrown in to boot.
