As the others said, you should have no problem, especially in those
off-summer months.
But, as was said, there are sometimes some odd reason that hotels fill
up - like when trade fairs come, or races, or some such thing. In years
of travel, the only time we had trouble in England was in the summer on
an evening when the town filled up with holiday-goers ready to move to
their fortnightly rentals the next day.
