No way. That would only encourage the other banks to copy them.

What is needed now is a huge backlash of customers, including those who
escape the charge, all closing their accounts and taking their custom
elsewhere. Otherwise the defeatist "it'll only be a matter of time
before other banks do it" could actually come true.
